Spring Lambs 2012

Our sheep gave birth to 4 lovely lambs this year – 3 girls and 1 boy. Unfortunately there was also a still-born lamb that we didn’t notice right away, so are unsure if we could have saved it. The lambs are doing well and getting stronger and more playful every day. Mummy sheep is now retired and we think this will be Blackeyes last lambing. This is the first year we have used the lamb covers. Even though the weather wasn’t too bad it stopped us worrying at night about them.
