Just like bought ones… I (Paula) found this recipe in Alison and Simon Holst’s ‘The Bread Book’ and thought I’d give it a try. The top one has apricot, almonds and coconut inside and the bottom one has apple, cinnamon and blueberries. I think I’ll make them again and experiment with the fillings.
